The first of our Professional Course. This is for everyone who wants to learn the basics of specialty coffee.
Learn the coffee chain. Be introduced to specialty coffee and cupping. Understand our foundation for calibrating coffee and know how to diagnose problems in brewing and extraction.
This course will be a three(3) day course with exam on the last day. This is a pre-requisite for future courses like Espresso and Brewing Classes under the Professional Course.
